We assess your facility across four CPTED domains using the ASIS SRA-2024 standard and DHS risk formula (Risk = Threat × Vulnerability × Consequence) to score every finding. Deliverable: written report and prioritized remediation roadmap.

Threat actor assessment using the WAVR-21 structured professional judgment framework, EP program design under the ASIS Executive Protection Standard (2025), protective operations including venue advances and route analysis, and travel risk briefings. With over 16 years of operational experience across three sectors, the 0300 Group methodology is built on more than credentials — it is built on pattern recognition developed in environments where being wrong had real consequences. Four years of U.S. Army service culminating in Ranger qualification, reconnaissance leadership, and two combat tours trained a discipline for identifying vulnerabilities before they become threats. Seven years in law enforcement — as a patrol officer, gang unit detective, primary undercover narcotics operator, and SWAT sniper — developed the behavioral awareness and threat assessment instincts that no certification course can replicate. Five years in private sector security consulting have translated that operational foundation into the professional frameworks, written methodology, and client-facing practice that 0300 Group delivers today. The result is a consultant who thinks like a threat actor, communicates like an executive, and operates with the precision both require.
